I have been really sick over the last two days so I have been MIA but I wanted to share an amazing recipe that I made for dinner last night. My husband hates  brussel  sprouts and loves bacon so I thought maybe he would like them a little better if I married the two in a delicious recipe. I bought a package of already cut and lightly seasoned brussel sprouts at Trader Joe’s and sautéed them along with 3 slices of cut up bacon and 5 white cut up mushrooms. Make sure you use a pan large enough so that the ingredients don’t overlap each other. I greased the pan lightly with coconut oil but for the most part the bacon grease cooked the veggies. I cooked them on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Delicious! This was a side dish to the rib eye steaks that we bought at the new mexican market Vallarta. My husband will now eat brussel sprouts 🙂ImageImage
